• Name, email, date / time / place of birth (used solely to generate your portrait).
• Payment details (handled directly by Stripe — we never see card numbers).
• Basic technical data (IP, browser) for security and analytics.

3. Legal basis

We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract — delivering your portrait) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest — fraud prevention).

4. Sharing

Your data is shared only with our processors: Stripe (payments), Lovable AI Gateway (portrait generation). We do not sell or rent your data.

5. Retention

Birth details are kept only as long as needed to deliver and support your order, then deleted. Payment records are retained as required by tax law (typically 6 years).

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We use only essential cookies needed for the site and checkout to function. No tracking or advertising cookies.
